Job Summary: To assist the VP, Sales and Marketing in all marketing activities as directed.


Quality Responsibilities:

  • Continually improve to meet customers’ needs,
  • Demonstrate ability to consistently provide service that meets customer and regulatory requirements,
  • Aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of our Quality System


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Social Media websites with daily updates
  • Identify & assess competitors marketing
  • Review and create documents for external customers, carriers and vendors.
  • Prepare sales revenue and customer activity reports for CSMM
  • Developing, implementing & evaluating advertising programs
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services
  • Compile lists describing product or service offerings
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives & market characteristics
  • Internal employee marketing & promotion development & implementation
  • Website content management including newsletters, promotions, service updates, etc.
  • Update Corporate website as needed
  • Press release development & distribution
  • Work with the all internal teams to develop and enforce marketing messages
  • Website live chat feature

  • Degree Required
  • Sales and/or Marketing Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
