About Healthy Gamer

If you grew up on the Internet like us, you know mental health is more important than ever. But many people face obstacles when seeking traditional mental health care, like finding the right support or having the right insurance.

At Healthy Gamer, we think modern mental health care should be inclusive and affordable. Our coaching service has helped over 13,000 people across 77 countries since it launched in November 2019. Our movement is gaining traction, putting us in the top 0.1% of Twitch streamers and the top 1% of YouTube channels. And we're working on even more resources to help people find a way forward when they need it.

We've made an impact in the gaming community, but that's not where our mission ends. We want to change how people think about and deal with mental health, and we're looking for passionate people to help us get there.

What You'll Do

HG is looking for a Marketing Channel Manager that can help us continue our growth on our main content and social channels and manage our funnels for sales objectives! We are looking for someone who is a team player and has experience with a data-first approach to growth and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, coordinating, scheduling, and publishing content for our social channels alongside agency partners
• Managing our YouTube channel to maximize title/thumbnail performance for videos and CTAs to our product funnels
• Analysis of marketing asset performance per platform and making proposals for future directions in content, social, community, and communications
• A/B Test assets on every platform to consistently optimize performance towards growth and sales metrics
• Deliver analysis and game plans for optimizing user experience flows from our marketing channels to our website
• Analyze audience and customer affinity and help make suggestions for content, community, and communications

You Are:

• A numbers-first marketing professional with 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing and channel management
• Obsessed with the details! Can dive into small changes that help move the needle for sales performance
• A self-starter who will make analysis before it is requested to help inform publishing decisions
• Passionate about mental health and expanding access to services
• A wizard with Google Analytics and/or Hubspot
• Great at communicating/translating analytical needs with creatives
• Team player! HG has a diverse set of professionals with very different needs across the board.
• Demonstrated experience growing a creator and/or a creator brand

Technical Skills:

• Ability to produce graphic and video content engineered for social media and marketing performance
• Proficient or experience with marketing analytics software such as Google Analytics or Hubspot
• Self-time management skills so that all requested deliverables are delivered on-time
• Impeccable writing skills for different types of content, including socials, emails, blogs, and more
