While most companies are cutting back, our team at Rankin Equipment is taking the agriculture industry by storm and growing our product lines and dealer network.

We are looking for a full time marketing professional who can help us with this major growth initiative in our agriculture manufacturing and distribution companies.

We are not looking for someone to just handle daily tasks, we are looking for an energetic leader who loves agribusiness and can see opportunities to help us stand out and showcase our great products and the team of people who create them.

Our key marketing initiatives are:

• Produce the wow experience our dealers already enjoy when working with us
• Design a website that educates the customer and our dealer representatives
• Develop and deploy materials for the Rankin Equipment University
• Create sales funnels that create an amazing customer experience
• Produce brochures for our products that help the dealers be effective
• Open the door to strategic partnerships that we can invest in
• Invite trades people and professionals essential to our growth and quality track record

These initiatives will be accomplished by the successful candidate being very knowledgeable using modern techniques such as video ads, email sequences, engaged social media, and digital & print advertising, and of course sales funnel campaigns.

Rankin Equipment is recognized as a leader in the Pacific Northwest in providing attachments and equipment for farm, landscape and construction industries. For over 70 years Rankin Equipment has been marketing and distributing a broad range of products exclusively to retail equipment dealers. Rankin Equipment also owns Northstar Attachments LLC., our manufacturing division. Northstar Attachments is an innovative manufacturer of specialized tractor attachments and equipment designed primarily for tractors and loaders. Northstar manufactures over 175 different product combinations from four product groups designed for orchard, vineyard, equine, landscape, commercial hay, general farm, and weekend farmer markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
