We are a world renown, research based, leader in functional restoration established in 1983 and we are excited to be growing! We are seeking to hire a Full Time Marketing Associate to help us as we grow and expand into new areas.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare Marketing/Sales experience Required
• Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
• Territory would consist of Tarrant County as well as Southern portions of Dallas County, Ellis County and any other possible additions. There could be possible needs to travel to other regions in Texas for marketing, conferences, etc. We provide mileage reimbursement.
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service focus and background.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Mustbe able to multi-task requests and have strong time management skills.
• Being able to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
• Computer skills a must.
• Ability to provide current and accurate documentation on accounts

Functional Responsibilities:

• Meets with physicians, coordinators, insurance carrier personnel, and employers on a regular basis to educate, inform and communicate about PRIDE’s services.
• Builds relationships with referral sources and acts as provider relations and troubleshoot when problems arise.
• Assists in development and design of all marketing collateral.
• Promotes and sets up speaking engagements for our doctors to further educate the community.
• Coordinates luncheons, meetings and events that PRIDE sponsors.
• Responds to requests for information on PRIDE and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Monitors competitive facilities and assists in developing plan to overcome possible obstacles.
• Participates in promotions throughout the year to enhance and support our marketing efforts.
• Performs or assists with coordinating presentations and tours of the PRIDE facility.
