Live Fit Gym & Wellness Spa Corporation is seeking a Part Time Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer.
The Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer drives client demand and helps achieves ambitious goals by developing compelling graphic design and marketing material and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns that guide consumer behavior.
The Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating original graphics and illustrations that align to directives and initiatives for the LiveFit Gym brand. The Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
This will include the development of graphics for new fitness concepts and ensuring the concepts deliver the message clearly. The Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer will coordinate mailers and client communications with the sales development team and the Director of Sales and Operations. The Marketing Manager / Graphics Designer will guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights, exhibit creativity and bring go-to-market innovation in assigned programs. An additional responsibility of this position is organizing, updating, and managing the company website.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and be proficient not only in graphic design and marketing, but in the management of website content. The applicant should have strong knowledge of the fitness and recreation communities, with experience creating graphic content for their audiences.
Responsibilities

Developing marketing campaigns that incorporate the business development divisions strategic planning.
- Oversee all campaigns from start to finish.
- Use consumer insights and research to provide applicable creative and strategic input to partners across the entire LiveFit organization
- Work one on one with web developers to bring conceptual designs to graphic reality.
- Manage consumer direct marketing efforts targeting all essential audience segments, and growth segments
- Establish and maintain an understanding of marketing trends in the Fitness and Recreation Space
- Strategize and influence based on consumer-focused insights and demand while staying up-to-date, and being an expert, on industry trends and behaviors
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Will be the principal developer of graphic art for the company.
- Creating content for website, including email blasts and social media campaigns
- Design and execute digital assets while making sure it fits within the brands identity
- Make custom designs for social platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to create content for the narrative of the brand
- Collaborate with multiple departments to make sure you are meeting deadlines and managing workloads
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
