What You Will do:

• Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others
• Run the machine and watch the process; if necessary, adjust according to Continuous Improvement Systems
• Participate in the Department Operations meetings
• Carry out machine repairs
• Support machine tenders on paper machine during felt changes, blade changes, start-up, threading, etc. as needed
• Cut cores
• Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as other persons involved in running the machine
• Perform housekeeping items
• Complete all required data files and maintenance requests during production

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalency diploma
• Ability to work rotating shift schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.79 - $34.19 per hour
