JOB LOCATION:
Sissonville, West Virginia

JOB PURPOSE:

Manufacturing and inventory control operations to meet specific requirements and business objectives.

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Electrical/mechanical manufacturing machinery experience preferred; Inventory control experience preferred.
• Mechanical

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to see and hear (correctable)
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own, 75 lbs. with assistance.

• Hand/eye coordination for fine control, adjustments, and writing
• Ability to withstand long periods of standing and/or sitting and repetitive motions;

Skills and Requirements:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.
• Assemble/inspect product through machine operation following written/oral procedures/routines;
• Machinery startup/shut down, tool setup, adjustments using tools, jigs, fixtures and attachments;
• Maintenance of proper machine control settings;
• Collection of required startup, detector and in process data and accurate maintenance of appropriate documentation;
• Regular inspection of product to assure appropriate level of quality;
• Problem identification, reporting, troubleshooting and resolution;
• Ability to satisfactorily meet productivity goals;
• Ability to work overtime (often at short notice) and shift work;

Additional Requirements:

• Performance of household duties including 5S and TPM;
• Prompt reporting of any abnormalities in product or machinery to Team Leader;
• Will perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Management.
• Overtime, varying shifts, and weekends often required to meet manufacturing needs

Compensation:

• $14.00 per hour (A Shift)
• $14.40 per hour (B Shift)
• $14.50 per hour (C Shift)

Work Schedule:

• Shift A: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

• Shift B: Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Shift pay differential)

• Shift C: Monday through Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am (Shift pay differential)
