Responsibilities:
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Systems Manager. The Systems Manager will lead the technical alignment end-to-end and coordinating all aspects of Caresphere WS’s portfolio of products for cloud and on-premise deployments. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams that oversee development partners and our internal stakeholders to cybersecurity, design, development, testing, QA, and commercial release of Caresphere WS and companion products as well our external customers

The Systems Manager will also be required to build key relationships with the Customer Projects Operations, QA group and follow all the necessary processes and documentation requirements to achieve success in the development delivery of Caresphere WS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and delivery effort of Caresphere WS portfolio updates and version releases of the product.
  • Work with the HITS Architecture, Test & Release, QA, Customer Care and Support Services, and Marketing Product Managers to ensure installation and deployment of portfolio.
  • Collaborate and interact with HITS cross functional teams (Development/Systems/Interface Engineering) to establish and manage priorities, resource allocation, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Align with Sysmex internal stakeholders for updates and version releases of the product portfolio.
  • Lead the oversight of all SOPs related to operational support of portfolio
  • Manage CWS Product project management process working with all cross-functional teams and 3rd party development teams to deliver a final product that aligned with the architecture strategy and the business product line roadmap
  • Assists in dashboard reporting and governance oversight for all CWS products and implementations
  • As required, work on 3rd level support initiatives for customers. As issues are escalated, support them with the highest priority if P1 critical situations or Hypercare problems arise.
  • Coordinate product roadmap and alignment on product changes, enhancements and innovations.
  • Implement and coordinate the creation of technical service procedures, policies, and manuals.

Physical Demands:
Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged (at least 50% of time) sitting, standing, keyboard or CRT work. May require periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting and/or other conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Technology, or Medical Technologist related major preferred) and 5 + years of IT work experience, developing and implementing software & technology solutions.
  • Must have 3+ years of leadership experience in managing and/or directing IT development teams.
  • IT related disciplines, software development, code management, QA, project management, architecture disciplines, support & operational best practices.
  • Computer skills, communication skills,
  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Functional understanding of project management principles
