We are seeking highly motivated, purpose driven candidates that are looking to be a part of our growing organization.
What makes our Leadership Development Program unique is that we have the resources and benefits of a large corporation, coupled with the attentiveness and care of a small business.
Our Leadership Development Program is structured to accommodate external candidates with prior leadership experience looking to grow at a fast pace. Each phase of our program consists of operational training in addition to leadership development starting at the Team Member level.
The process takes a minimum of 6 months to complete but does not guarantee promotion if expectations are not met. Each candidate will have their own timeline based off of their progression through the program.
Candidate Requirements Include:
- Resume
- 2-3 Professional References
- Open Availability (Saturdays included)
- An Associates/Bachelors degree OR at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Motivation and Humility
- Excellent Communication Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
