Position: Management and Program Analyst - Mid #1914

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Clearance: Secret

This position is contingent upon award.

General Description:
This position supports internal evaluation processes that provide advice/recommendation on return-on-investment, efficiency, optimization, and realization of goals/objectives of processes, projects, and programs.

Example Tasks:

• Develops program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology.
• Develops investigative plans, as well as written and oral presentations and reports on findings of the analysis.
• Performs staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, and management/ organizational efficiency/productivity.
• Advises and analyzes the effectiveness of government programs and productivity/management of the Agency.
• Performs objective analysis of staff functions, optimization, and effectiveness.
• Researches and investigates business and management practices for application to Agency programs and operations.
• Performs cost benefit evaluations. Analyzes strategic guidance, policy, and law to apply to further analysis of Agency programs.
• Supports basic budgetary and financial management analysis related to program evaluation.
• Recommends changes to organization, staffing, work processes and procedures for efficiency and productivity.
• Performs surveys to ascertain compliance with Agency regulation, procedure, practice, or effective utilization of staff.
• Evaluates proposed changes in mission, operating procedures, and delegations of authority.
• Evaluates functions and activities for consideration during conversion of government activities to contract operations.

Requirements:

• Clearance - Secret
• BA/BS 6+ years of related experience or HS 14+ years of related experience
