Job Summary

To assist the Superintendent in the management and daily operations of the institution through the implementation and coordination of all policies and procedures.

Required Education & Experience

EDUCATION: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in criminal justice, law, social services, business, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Five years of correctional experience or criminal justice or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
CERTIFICATION: Certified Correctional Officer by the New Hampshire Association of Counties. Possession of a valid New Hampshire Driver’s License.

A drug screen & background check will be required of all conditional hires.
