Today, the company is pursuing steady development in North America and abroad (France, Netherlands, China), and manages over 60 outdoor resorts with glamping-type accommodations worldwide.
This Summer 2022, Huttopia will operate 5 outdoor glamping resorts in North America. Located in New Hampshire, Maine, New York State, California, and Quebec, each resort has over 80 ‘ready-to-camp’ accommodations, a restaurant, a convenience store, and other services.
Huttopia White Mountains is seeking a maintenance worker for his project located in Albany, New Hampshire. This key role is a full-time position, permanent position and includes responsibilities in the general maintenance of the campground during operations and support for capital improvements and expansion projects during the off-season.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Capital Improvement and Expansion Projects
  • Monitor the construction activities performed by multiples contractors on site.
  • Participate in daily planning meeting with contractors and project manager.
  • Report any issues or questions from the contractor to the project manager.
  • Assist with construction projects as needed, including but not limited to:
    • Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site.
    • Provide labor support as needed for a specialty crew.
    • Direct traffic to or near the construction site.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Operations:
  • Monitor the campground and drive campground vehicles to repair site.
  • Report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Keep the campground trash-free.
  • Assist with maintenance projects as needed.
  • Lift and move maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Profile:
  • Versatile and adaptable.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Able to operate a skid steer/telehandler.
  • Valid driver license, with the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures (previous construction industry experience is an asset).
  • Good physical condition.
  • Comfort working in high-stress environment with weather fluctuations.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English required.
Working Conditions:
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
  • Work schedule: Full-time permanent position.
