Job description
Our well-established organization is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to do tasks such as facility repairs, painting, outdoor landscaping at small, 16-bed care facility. Maintenance technicians provide on-going repairs and upkeep to facility grounds and interior spaces including things like plumbing repairs, painting, drywall repair, occasional flooring repair and installation, appliance repair, carpet cleaning, outdoor landscaping.
There is no set schdule that you follow. We typically have many projects you are able to work on. You will also be on call in case of emergency repairs.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
