Job description

Primary Purpose:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of building systems and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, communications, and audio/visual systems or perform carpentry, drywall installation and painting.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or GED certificate, some college or industrial training on job related skills
• Maintain licensure or certification in at least one applicable craft
• Maintain a Texas driver’s license, commercial driver’s license and a clear driving record

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Possess Journeyman level of knowledge and expertise in multiple assigned crafts
• General knowledge of computer systems and software applications

Experience:

• Minimum five years previous experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment.
• Perform carpentry, millwork, drywall installation and repair and painting as assigned.
• Perform communication connections including data and voice.
• Responsible for compliance with safety policy for self and other employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
