We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at two affordable housing properties in Jackson and San Andreas, CA.
PAY: $21.95-22.95/hour DOE
Benefits:

Daily work on our building maintenance team:

• Patch holes, paint walls, complete minor repairs, maintain the grounds, and identify hazards.
• Complete unit turnovers to get a unit ready for new resident.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our residents and work with the property staff to ensure concerns are addressed.

This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule. COVID-19 Vaccination Required.

Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Take direction from the supervisor.
Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
Flexible to change work plans.
Maintain a professional personal appearance.
Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
