FACILITY MANAGER

The LA Fitness Facility Manger will have the responsibility of traveling to multiple locations to repair/paint service requests and ensure company cleanliness standards through the completion of maintenance work. The job provides benefits, a free gym membership and the hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to access and repair/paint walls and other surfaces by using sandpaper, scraping and removing old paint.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability including climbing ladders, operating lifts and other equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Competent in using equipment and tools to maintain and repair our clubs, including painter equipment.
• Initiate preventative maintenance to solve future problems in the club such as corner guards.
• Electrical and Plumbing experience. Changing Light bulbs, ballast, toilets, shower heads, ect.
• Reliable transportation. Clubs in Rock Hill, Charlotte NC, Winston Salem and will be required to travel to Raleigh once a month for a day.
• At least 18 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
