Job description
Maintenance Tech needed to assist with two multifamily sites. Must be extremely dependable with strong organizational skills. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and repair apartments, commercial buildings, and common areas of condominium properties to meet the quality standards set by the manager and owners. HVAC certification required. Qualified candidates must have dependable transportation, willing to take call, and work well independently.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
