Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to fix equipment and infrastructure to restore them to working condition. You will troubleshoot issues, diagnose malfunctions and test equipment to maintain optimal performance. As a Maintenance Technician, you should be able to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision. A high level of attention to detail is required as you will be working on sensitive equipment while performing tasks like repair, maintenance and installation. With your help, we want our company’s machines and infrastructure to be maintained in optimal condition at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve operating problems of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
• Set up, install and repair equipment according to engineering specifications .
• Oversee and implement preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment is in working order at all times.
• Test electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment to ensure the absence of defects.
• Order parts and supplies to repair faulty systems.
• Discover maintenance issues by conducting visual inspections, regularly scheduled maintenance checks and safety checks.
• Monitor the safety of equipment during operation by following all safety regulations (e.g. lockout/tagout procedures).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
