This full-time position is 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday, approximately 40 total hours per week. The shift start and end times have some flexibility between 7a-5p. There are no regular weekend or holiday requirements.

Maintenance Techs start at $18/hour with adjustments for previous experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.

The rehabilitation process from a brain injury or other neurological condition is a 24/7 job for each person served, and Maintenance Techs and the rest of our Facilities team ensure a safe and clean environment for them along the way.

There is great joy in watching someone's firsts steps, first words, or other milestones following a brain injury. As a Maintenance Tech you can be a large part of the journey that each person served takes, making memories with them along the way. What do Maintenance Technicians do?
The Maintenance Technician provides a full range of services to ensure a safe and clean environment for our persons served to heal and rehabilitate in, including:

• floor care
• maintenance including preventive maintenance inspections and compliance
• light housekeeping
• event setup (e.g. tables, chairs, etc.)
