Responsibilities: The Maintenance Team Leader will take care of our buildings in a safe manner. You will lead the maintenance team and assist in cleaning, upkeep, and repair of our facilities. A variety of work will keep you interested with outdoor yardwork or snow removal, as well as, walk throughs, cleaning, and repair.

Qualifications:
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination and booster by the date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
- Minimum two year janitorial experience required
- Basic knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, etc.
- Handyman and supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with daily access to a well-maintained vehicle with $1,000,000/$3,000,000 liability insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and technical procedures/governmental regulations; i.e. safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
