Our AMAZING apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida - seeks a experienced and talented Maintenance Supervisor with 3+ years of supervisory experience, 5 years maintenance. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, general maintenance
• HVAC certification

• Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience preferred
• Previous maintenance experience required; prior multi-family maintenance experience preferred
• Budget Management
• Leadership and Mentoring skills
• High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required

This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus plan. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
