WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Hands-on position performing a wide variety of duties related to maintaining, repairing, and installing car wash machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and find solutions for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.

Assist in procurement of tools, parts, and equipment.

Travel between locations in the Treasure Valley for routine maintenance and repairs

Comply with all safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Ensure all maintenance areas are organized, safe, and in professional order

Any other job responsibility assigned by the Bluebird leadership team

ABOUT YOU:

Intermediate to Advanced Maintenance knowledge – with an emphasis on Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

A high level of initiative, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done

Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment

Must have the interest and ability to learn and to be trained

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience in and adaptability to MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various web-based applications.

Availability to be part of an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance: seldom but happens

Ability to have some flexibility for work schedule for instances of after-hours repairs needs. This may require a small number of late night shifts and/or early mornings

Ability to work indoors or outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, and climb and work from ladders
