Blue Swell in Panama City Beach, FL is looking for maintenance techs to join our strong team. We are located at 17633 Ashley Dr. Building B. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Experienced in general maintenance of housing repairs. HVAC, Plumbing, drywall, touch-up painting, Be able to repair or troubleshoot any items not working in a home and able to repair them.

Responsibilities

Experience working in maintenance Capable of learning new skills quickly Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks HVAC certification preferred Touch up painting, drywall work Repair garbage disposals, sinks, faucets, sump pumps Knowledge of everyday household problems that need to be repaired or replaced Knowledge of TVs, remotes, programming, DVD players Pressure washing, carpet cleaning And much more

*Maintain business cleanliness and appearance *Ensure safety regulations are met *Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs *Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

*Experience working in maintenance *Repairing toilets, sinks, disposals, pool equipment, electrical items, woodworking, etc. *Must be computer literate *Capable of learning new skills quickly *Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems *Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00/hour.
