This is the role:
We are looking for professionals to join our Ranson, West Virginia Maintenance team. Technician at ROCKWOOL you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of the latest electrical and electronic equipment. Reporting to the respective shift Team Leader, you have a keen eye to identify potential problems in an electrical design and will work as part of a dynamic team of industrial electricians and electrical engineers collectively focused on continuous improvement and operational uptime.

This is What You Offer:
- 2 – year degree or equivalent certification or work experience required.
- 2-3 years’ practical experience in manufacturing or industrial environment and with automated equipment required.
- Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)/Automation, specifically Siemans and Endress+Hauser instrumentation;
Essential Functions:
- Perform Electrical and PLC tasks including but not limited to the following: Calibrating, monitoring, repairing and maintaining transmitters, controllers, plant safety systems, power systems and sensors.
- Install, calibrate, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial instrumentation, equipment and associated electrical/electronic controls and related devices for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections of parts and equipment for signs of wear or damage and replacing or repairing to ensure safe operation of industrial equipment and production uptime.
