MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES - OPEN SPACE OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN I

The Open Space Operations Technician I is a full-time, year-round position that assists with maintenance of open space areas throughout Columbia. The position involves outdoor manual labor, including lifting, bending, walking, trash removal, and operation of small power and hand equipment. Prior verifiable landscaping and/or ground maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be able to communicate effectively, and able to work overtime on evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed. Please include a letter of interest and or a resume, if possible.
