About the Role:
Perform all mailing functions. Monitor work orders for specifications related to mailing. Assure that all documentation is handled and maintained properly. Hours are 12p-8p: M-F.
What You’ll Do:
- Assembles customer orders; prepare for mailing/shipping.
- Review each job ticket/shipping order to determine shipping instructions.
- Affix correct postage via mail metering systems.
- Process daily mail to support fulfillment operations and meet client SLAs.
- Close shipping orders per instructions.
- Maintain paperwork which may include logbooks, change orders, work orders, load tags, maintenance logs, and shipping orders.
- Sort, tray, and prepare outgoing mail to USPS regulations based on mail class.

- Meet or exceed all production numbers.
- Accountable for accuracy/quality of work.
- Follow standard procedures and follow direction.
- Demonstrate excellent reading comprehension and math skills
- Complete attention to detail
- Perform tasks and assignments with sense of urgency
- May work overtime as required
- May be trained to operate material handling equipment
- Resolve routine problems; escalate complex issues to management
- Knowledge of USPS sorting, traying, and mailing regulations
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ warehouse experience
- Intermediate level computer experience/skills including Microsoft Office
