Press Operators
2nd & 3rd Shift Availability!!!!!!!!!!
Pay rates starting at $17.00+ an hour depending on experience and shift!
What will you be doing you ask?
Load, operate, and unload press to produce rubber products consistent with product specifications, while maintaining production and quality standards and controlling waste.
Essential Functions:
Load raw material into press paying attention to weight and distribution of material for an even spread throughout the mold.
Supervise press operation to make certain lubrication, temperature, tonnage, and cycle times meet operating specifications for the product.
Report on deficiencies in setting up.
Maintain a clean organized work area disposing of waste and trash to assigned areas.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Observe all safety standards.
What type of skills are required for this position?
Computer Skills
Must present good verbal, written and reading English communication skills. (Position does require a basic English test)
Basic Math test (Position does require a basic math test)
Reliable transportation
Available overtime
