Mountain Valley Child and Family Services provides a continuum of care for children and families by promoting healthy, permanent, and meaningful relationships. We are currently looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Nurse or Psych Tech for our Nevada City & Sacramento programs.

Nurse (LVN/RN/Psych Tech) Duties and Responsibilities (based on scope of practice) include:

• Display a strong and supportive sense of nurturing
• Determine medical exam necessities
• Instruct and supervise staff administration of prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain medical records for each client
• Administer first aid to residents and staff as needed
• Schedule medical and dental appointments
• Transportation as needed
• Establishes and maintains billing procedures in accordance with administrative policy and more!

Nurse (LVN/RN/Psych Tech) Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Psych Tech

AND

• 1 year experience working with adolescents preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, and background check upon conditional employment offer
• Must be at least 21 years old
