Do you have experience with children in a school setting? Are you naturally able to empower, engage, motivate, and influence children ages 5yrs to 15yrs of age? Are you great at building healthy relationships with children? We are looking for 3 individuals to support with our daily lunch and recess operations. If you are a self-starter, able to scan, assess, and address incidents before, during, and after they occur then this is the position for you! Whether it's a food spill, sluggish and/or withdrawn students, or even a student needing a restorative conversation, we need leaders who are great at seeking out opportunities to enrich student experiences at our school with our students!! Supervising lunch and recess operations takes alertness, responsiveness, proactiveness, physical activity, enforcing lunchroom and recess rules, the ability to RESPECTIVELY control voice levels to an acceptable dining volume, creativity to keep students engaged in structured activities and SAFE during recess and so much more!
