Walker Methodist Health Center is recruiting for LPNs and RNs to provide quality patient care to our transitional care unit and long-term care residents.
**$1,000 tuition reimbursement after 90 days of employment for actively enrolled students**
Schedules:

• Part-time and full-time available
• AMs, PMs, NOC shifts available
• Flexible start/end of shift times available
• Short-hour shifts available
• WOSO - You work 3 out of 4 weekends and you get paid 28.08 hours for your weekend off
• Perks of working for Walker Methodist Health Center- you earn OT after working 8 hours in a day or 80 regular hours in a 2 week pay period. WOSO does not qualify for this.

TCU and LTC

• Full-time: AM, PM, NOC
• Part-time: AM, PM, NOC

Minimum qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN or RN license and BLS certification
• Previous experience caring for residents with dementia is helpful
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to live the Walker Methodist's customer service principles
