The opening of LPN Rehab in Elmira, NY has the Evening shift availability. The shift will be of 8 hours, 5 days. The job requires LPN License for NY State, BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 2+ years of experience is required as LPN Rehab.
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses. Liaise with patients' families.
