Traditions of Deerfield is an upscale senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care options to our residents.
We have 3 part-time openings with the hours of 7am-7pm, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm.
We offer a free meal every shift, a $250 monthly attendance bonus, and much more!
Job Duties:
- Coordinates patient care and non-patient care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments for each employee which outlines residents to be cared for and other duties to be executed during the shift.
- Describes personal service plan and approaches to direct care staff so that plan is consistently implemented on all shifts by all caregivers.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; input on appraisal performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior experience as a Nurse or similar supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR Certification.
