Seeking candidates to assist us with serving the Military on the following dates/locations:

• 11/04/2022 0600-1700 - guaranteed paid hours
• Danbury, CT
• Clinic hours subject to change
• Nurses must be licensed in the US State of Connecticut.

Travel expense eligible to be reimbursed and assisted in advance upon negotiation.

• RN rate: $40/hour
• LPN rate: $30/hour

Considerations:

• 1099 Independent contractor agreement.
• This posting is for an hourly contract position and is non-benefits eligible
• This position does not offer benefits, paid time off, or overtime pay. It does not qualify for worker’s compensation or unemployment benefits.
• Online event training required
• Future events possible

Group Event Role Clarification:

• RN and LPN administer vaccine as part of the medical team during the event
• Maintain cold chain during the event
• Inventory all immunization supplies sent
• RN Vaccine Recipient: QPCS will pay an additional $100 for the RN to receive the vaccine via Fed Ex and be responsible to transport to the event. PLEASE NOTE: Vaccine Recipient must be present and able to sign for delivery or vaccine can be shipped to the hotel by the event.

Event Expectations

• Abide by all applicable HIPAA requirements and the 1974 Privacy Act requirements and its amendments.
• Represent QPCS and our partner in a professional and ethical manner.
