We are a Central Pennsylvania based Non-profit Hospice & Post-Acute Healthcare Organization specializing in home-centered care and we are seeking a talented Part Time LPN Nurse to provide care and support to our patients.

Hospice of Central Pennsylvania cares for and supports our patients and their families through a team of compassionate professionals and volunteers who have been specifically trained to provide end of life care.

Our care begins with our staff gaining an understanding of our patient and his or her unique experience and needs. Because we seek to care for the whole family, we also spend time getting to know the caregivers and other family members and friends who may be involved in patient care.

We offer a great patient to nurse ratio as this position will provide care and support to our patients at our 6-bed Hospice Residence known as Carolyn's House.

Requirements include but are not limited too:

• Current PA nursing license
• Minimum one year clinical nursing experience-hospice or home care a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to track and complete multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently
