The Center at Cordera is looking for full time LPN professionals to join our team for both day and night shifts:
- Full Time Day Shift ( 6am-6pm)
- Full Time Night shift (6pm-6am with Shift differential)
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to our patients. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services designee.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with new admissions
- Assist in Discharging patients
- Provide medication administration
- Perform daily assessments
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, family/caregivers and cross departmentally
- Input requisitions for labs, diagnostic testing, x-ray and other procedures
- Timely and accurate PCC charting
- IDT discharge documentation
Qualifications
- Nursing, 1 year preferred
- PCC experience preferred
- Current LPN License
- BLS required
- Ability to pass a drug screening, background check and CAPS check
