Job Description:

Works under direct supervision using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.

Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.

Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care.

Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response.

Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.

Works rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled. Pay rates are determined by experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from a basic educational program as Practical (Vocational) Nurse.

Current license to practice the profession in Pennsylvania.

FULL-TIME OPTIONS

8-hour shift 5 days per week with rotating weekends-all three shifts available

WEEKEND PROGRAM OPTIONS:

Baylor Option 1- Two 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday, the remaining 8 hours are paid in a bonus

Baylor Option 2- Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday, one 8-hour shift during the week, and the remaining 8 hours are paid as a bonus

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
