YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are currently expanding our staff of caregivers and are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for all shifts to work with our already wonderful staff.

- Opportunity to experience providing care in different patient settings: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, and Alzheimers & Dementia Units
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Nursing care delivery, such as IV therapy, treatments, wound care, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physicians orders and patient plan of care, Performs comprehensive assessments within the scope of the nursing practice and respond to patient change in conditions. Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
Job Requirements: Current Ohio RN/LPN license Strong documentation skills, and experience with Point Click Care is a plus!
