LPN, Home Health
Muskegon, MI

Currently seeking a full time and permanent LPN, Home Health to treat in the Muskegon, MI Area for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency. Branch is apart of a larger, not for profit system that is extremely financially stable and well respected. Enjoy one on one patient time with autonomy outside of the 4 walls of a facility! Option to work either 40 hours per week, 32 hours per week OR part time, 20 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with a 3-4 weekend day per month rotation

Benefits and Compensation for the LPN, Home Health:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $48,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed (if desired)!

Responsibilities of the LPN, Home Health:

• Case manage and conduct a total of 29 "points" per week in the homes of adult and geriatric patients living in the Muskegon, MI Area

Requirements for the LPN, Home Health:

• Minimum of 1-2 years prior geriatric clinical experience required (comprehensive, 4 week training provided for those without home health experience!)
• Previous Homecare Homebase or medicare certified home health experience is a plus
