Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcomed to apply. Weekend Warrior Option = $3.50 more for every hour worked

LPN’s will provide quality nursing care to our patients and family needs; working under the direction of the Care Manager, RN. The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.

Position Requirements

- Registered LPN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of LPN experience

- Valid Ohio Driver’s License

- Competency in information technology

- Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals

- Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: Up to $34.50 per hour
