As part of Amplify, you will be helping us complete strategic goals. To add clarity, you will either lead an activity, help manage an activity, and/or be accountable for the outcome of the activity.

Direct Supervisor: CEO

Functional Supervisor: Project Manager

L - Lead

M - Manage

A - Accountable

MA - Optimizing web pages for maximum page load speed

LMA - Develop systems to ensure they are scalable

M - Stack Email campaigns

MA - Troubleshoot issues raised to the technical team by our client partners

M - Recommend technologies to the team that improve efficiency

A - Using Agile methodologies for developing application

MA - Plan and perform A/B testing

LMA - Provide detailed data gathering & analysis

M - Develop new features on software platforms

A - Document and perform Quality Assurance

MA - Maintain Marketing Automation integrations

LMA - Generate SOPs

MA - Create detailed technical standards
