Job description

Student Transportation of America is amongst one of the largest School Bus companies in the nation we are seeking a Lot Worker to join our team. In this role you will be a part of the operations team. Our ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL, strong customer service skills and the ability to lift over 50lbs.

Duties:

- Move busses to and from the shop bays for inspection.

- Ensure bus yard is kept in order.

- Wash busses inside and out, as needed.

- Shuttle busses when needed.

- Ensure all drivers have room to get in and out of the school bus parking area.

- Ensure parking lot lines are visible and repaint as needed.

- Empty all trash bins daily.

- Maintain shop cleanliness, daily.

- Maintain cleanliness in oil room.

- All other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

- CDL – Or willing to obtain a CDL.

- Clean Driving record.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
