The Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting customers in the service department in a prompt and courteous manner and maintaining good traffic flow on the service drive.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good people skills
• Able to stand for an extended period of time

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles in a safe and timely manner from one location to another.
• Maintain good traffic flow in service drive.
• Greet each guest in a prompt and courteous manner 100% of the time and determine the nature of their visit graciously providing assistance.
• Keep lot neat and orderly by moving cars in a timely manner, parking cars in the proper area within allotted space while keeping area clean in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Run errands as needed and pick up and/or deliver items as requested.
• Lock up all service vehicles and customer vehicles and keep keys in designated locked box in an organized manner.
• Assist with tasks such as installing license plate frame and checking tire pressure.
• Assist with loaner inventory and customer vehicle check.
• Clean interior and exterior of company and customers’ vehicles by hand.
• Drive shuttle van to transport guests/deliveries to desired locations.
