Yun Express is a leading global eCommerce shipping carrier. We ship daily 1 million packages though our international network. We are looking for a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist to perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process monitoring and evaluating the performance of multiple warehouses and ensure the production meet the established standards set by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong overall quality control of production made by the warehouse adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics. Monitor and evaluate the performance of multiple warehouses, and ensure their procedures meet the SOPs.
  • Visit our warehouses cross the States and perform an onsite QA inspection.
  • Inspect the products and warehouse QA procedures report.
  • Collect, review and evaluate the QA report and other materials from the warehouses. Assist in developing process improvement quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects. Optimize process flows to meet the requirements.
  • Create and present the process improvement reports.
  • Report findings to higher management and provide suggestions when there is an unsatisfactory performance occurred.
  • Train resources in process improvement techniques and other Quality Assurance members on all inspection procedures.
  • Daily communication with different local and overseas teams in Chinese and English
  • Provide support and guidance to team when needed.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years experiences in business management, warehouse operations, auditing or a related position.
  • Comfortable to travel cross the States and visit the warehouses (must).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and material management systems.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (Preferred)
  • US work authorization (required)
  • Comfortable with working across several time zones globally when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
