Objective:
The Logistics Manager will perform a variety of analytic and administrative tasks for the Director of Operations. Primary responsibilities will be the proactive support to our retail locations, warehouses, and other third-party providers. In addition, they will be responsible for the inventory projections for the domestic and European operating network.
The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of receiving, inventory logistics, and supply chain forecasting.
General Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Director of Operations to manage the supply chain for our domestic and international warehouse and distributorships
- Analyze inventory trends and adjust forecasting accordingly to ensure appropriate levels to meet customer requirements and maintain inventory targets.
- Coordinate with vendors/distributors to provide accurate and timely inventory information.
- Forecast, review and revise inventory purchase plans, overstocks, and closeout items to maintain optimized inventory flow and achievement of targeted inventory turns.
* Utilize and monitor reporting and perform analytics for all business metrics; taking appropriate and timely action to prevent out of stocks and expedite deliveries to fill potential backorders.* Create forecast on a seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily basic. This to ensure needed capacity according to seasonality and to support our growth.
- Work closely with business development and customer service on proper and timely communication regarding lead times changes and product availability.
- Identify and prioritize root causes of service level issues and excess inventory and drive corrective actions and control mechanisms across cross-functional teams.
- Provide administrative assistance for the management of Yogibo’s international distributorships
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Products, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- 3+ years of experience in planning, forecasting and inventory management.
- Experience in international logistics and importing preferred.
- Polished professional, collaborative, highly motivated self-starter.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Compensation is $68,000-$72,000 based on experience and skill set
