Raytheon Intelligence and Space’s CIS Field Engineering team is looking for a Logistics Analyst. In this role you will support the Secure Communications (SecComms) program area support to the Command and Control Switching System (CCSS) program, and several other smaller programs.

The CCSS program provides support to Department of Defense (DoD) secure telephone switching system that is part of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN). You will be self-capable and resourceful; maintain a high energy level with the ability to fit adaptably into a diverse team.

Position Location – Largo, FL

Responsibilities:

• Use defined processes to procure equipment and material for installation and program teams.
• Provide procurement guidance and assistance to program management.
• Coordinate with the program team to process kitting material for shipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies involved with Receiving, Shipping, EXIM and Customs related items.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to parts administration.

Experience and Skills:

• 2 progressive years of hands-on experience in a related logistic or supply chain field.
• Experience with material distribution direction and inventory control.
• Experience with Supplier Relationship Management Tools and PRISM.
• Recognize differences between Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Customer Furnished Material (CFM).
• Able to open and track requisitions and purchase orders using established processes.
• Understand general packaging, inventory, warehousing, supply chain and logistics processes.
• Understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
• Highly organized with ability to maintain relationships with supply chain, technical subject-matter experienced professionals, and program management.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with thorough attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously or with a group to complete assignments.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Authorized Procurement and Payment Methods with respect to GMS purchases.
• Understand Engineering Advanced Material Requests (EAMRs) and CN22 MIDAS Requests.
• Familiar with DD1149 and Commercial Shipper request generation.
• Familiar with International Shipping Request (ISR) for Non-ITAR equipment, International Transaction Portal (AAP) for ITAR equipment and Raytheon Global Export Management System (RGEMS) for Software.
• Understand transportation, materials moving, and handling systems.
• Basic knowledge of Importing and Exporting ITAR related documents, hardware, and software.
• Capable of generating proposal estimates based on historical actuals and statements of work.

Education:

Typically requires an associate degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.
