Requirements

• Must have experience in the use of warehousing management software
• Must have proficiency in VeraCore warehouse management software (respectfully, please do not apply if you do not know VeraCore)
• Strong software skills to research, analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and create solutions to customer and software issues
• Ability to capture, sort and organize orders from multiple sources efficiently with rules-based automation
• Strong understanding of the 3PL warehouse fulfillment, transportation, and logistics industry
• Must be able to interface well in a customer-focused team environment with co-workers and management
• Ability to effectively convey both written and oral communications
• Experience with Order Management Systems, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Team player with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all types of logistics analyzing tasks, which include, but not limited to gathering data on every aspect of the supply distribution chain
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in coordinating, tracking, and supporting our distribution network
• Monitor and maintain logistics activities to ensure accuracy and encourage best practices
• Conduct data analysis of logistics elements to ensure accurate costing and delivery procedures
• Provide support for management on projects relating to WMS efficiencies
• Provide daily and weekly reports for management
• Interface with internal customers daily
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
