What You’ll Do

As a Lodging Sales Agent you will accept inbound calls, process reservations for Snowbird lodges, give information by telephone and email concerning rates, availability, resort activities, facilities, and general area information.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Requires ability to operate a computer, typing speed of 30 w.p.m., operate a 10-key calculator.
• Additional knowledge of SMS Host and Spa Soft preferred but not required.
• Requires some exercise of judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.
• Must be able to coordinate several duties at one time and deal effectively with the caller.

Work Schedule

• Specific Shift: Current Operation hours are 7 am - 11 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am - 10 pm Saturday and Sunday
• Rotating schedule, nights & weekends and holidays are required.
• Open 365 days a year.
