What you will do:

• Lead your team at the location to ensure customers’ needs are safely and courteously met
• Direct all operations, maintenance and product quality at your location
• Keep a safe working environment, following all company and government policies
• Assist customers with their agronomy, grain, feed and energy needs
• Grow your customer base by enhancing the profitability of your customers and ensuring no product problems result from services provided in your territory.
• Attend recommended meetings including safety trainings, product knowledge and personal development
• Provide courteous service to customers and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or agricultural field, or 5-years’ experience in grain and agronomy business
• Proven management skills
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• Ability to learn multiple software systems
• Desire to exceed customer expectations
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
• Able to work additional hours seasonally
• Previous agricultural management experience is a plus. Will train the right candidate!
