Strong Loan Conversion experience.
Strong Loan Implementation experience.

Loans Conversion - Phoenix Core Banking system
 Developing an understanding of how Phoenix (PHX ) core Banking systems must be established to meet client needs.
 Defining client products and services through information gathering sessions.
 Communicating directly with Senior level managers at the client site, dynamically formulating a plan for conversion success.
 Conduct data analysis, product mapping and interviews with the client.
 Assess the requirements for software utilization and discuss any software customization requirements with the programming team.
 Share data mapping with programmers recommending possible programming corrections.
 As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how
conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements.
 Will work extensively on balancing all monetary fields with the client.
 Will examine client processes, forms and reports to determine the operational needs and documents with respect to how these items will be used after conversion is complete.

WHAT YOU BRING:
 3+ years of Implementation-Conversion Analyst experience or related Loan/Mortgage Loan operational experience.
 Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise professional manner
 Requires advanced working knowledge of Phoenix core systems as well as the industries in which Phoenix core systems competes for business
 Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts
 Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations
 Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
 Social, negotiation and documentation skillset
 High attention to detail
 Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillset
 Ability to work with MS Excel.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
