Job description

We are looking for a new team member that will help lead us in Listing and Marketing Coordination. This person should be skilled, tech-savvy, and works well in a fast-paced environment. The Listing and Marketing Coordinator is an organized person who can maintain files and a database while coordinating calendars and schedules. The primary role will be overseeing the listing process and marketing opportunities.

Creativity with quality writing and verbal communication is essential. An ability to work within established systems while suggesting changes that might improve those systems is a plus.

Attitude is the decider in our business and is observed in the day-to-day performance that is defined by competence, commitment, and integrity. Being open to change and the ability to learn quickly and effectively is a must.

Having a background in real estate is not a requirement, but very helpful. A real estate license is not required but is helpful. If this sounds like you, apply now!
